The latest series in Rado’s collaboration with Great Gardens of the World introduces three new automatics, each one in a different colour and using dial motifs meant to draw attention to an endangered plant species.
Each case comes in one of the three Rado high-tech ceramic base colours — black, white or grey (plasma treatment), and each dial features a pattern inspired by the Hawaiian Loulu lelo, Chilean Araucaria or Yemeni Dragon blood tree.
In each one, the utilisation of the chosen dial texture is slightly different, reflecting the designer’s aesthetic preference, best inspiration and greatest respect for that particular plant. The results are truly breathtaking.
